Donald, Be that as it may, the fact still remains--WE AIN'T HAD NO
APPRECIABLE PRECIPITATION IN A HELL OF A LONG WHILE.  That's why my well is
dry and I have to go to the DAMNED laundromat!!!!!!!  It's got nothing to
do with the cold.  Ruth
