Due to the size - could you have the page copied & shrunk at a good print
shop - the ones who do blueprints etc.  With today's technology, they may
have a flat bed (vs those rolls on a stand kind) of large proportions.  At
the very least, they should be able to use an analogue or digital copier -
and shrink it so you can scan with a conventional scanner at home.
What do you others think? I'd hate to see archival and delicate paper stuff
damaged during the processes.
