Rory and I know each other through his involvement with Andy Ladygo (VA) and David
Flaharty (PA) on various plastering projects. Rory has worked with me in the PTN
effort through his involvement in the IPTWs-97, 98 & 99. We have reviewed various
job needs and conditions over the phone, however,  we have not had the pleasure to
work together directly on a preservation project.  Yes, he has worked in this
'sort of big' city with Andy and David.  Rory does very nice plaster work and is
very knowledgeable and talented
