My doctor prescribed Astelin nasal spray for hay fever. I checked the
ingredients at www.astelin.com and found that it contains citric acid. I
called the manufacturer, Wallace Laboritories, at (303)745-4676 in Denver,
CO. Although Fred Crawford is a salesman, he was quite helpful. He said
his wife has Celiac, so he understood what I was asking and said that he
would get me the information. He called back and said that the citric acid
is from a domestic source and that Astelin is gluten free. In checking on
Astelin he found out that all of Wallace Laboritories' products are
gluetn-free. It was nice to talk to someone who actually knew about Celiac.
