Hello Listmates,

The CSA/Southern NJ Chapter for Celiac Sprue will have their monthly
meeting this Sunday, March 4 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Barry D. Brown
Health Education Center, across from Virtua West Jersey Hospital,
Evesham Road and Carnie Blvd., Voorhees, NJ.

Topic of Interest: "Restaurant Dining: How Can a Celiac Eat Out Safely."
 So come out to the meeting and find out special tips for eating out in
fast food or restaurant dining. We have some wonderful restaurants in
the area that many of us have visited and safely ate GF meals.

Mr. Ritt's Bakery will be visiting the group again, so it is a good time
to stock up on some delicious goodies.

Just a reminder: Nancy Patin-Falini, nutritionist/dietician, will be
presenting "The Gluten-Free Diet and How to Manage Celiac Disease" on
April 1, 2001 at the same meeting place above. Dieticians/Nutritionists
are offered two (2) FREE C.E. credits for attendance. If you are
