This is probably a strange question but... I have been gluten free for 7
months and have gained a lot of weight (about 25 lbs.). Any suggestions
why? I should be losing, obviously no more cookies, cakes, muffins, etc. I
used to eat quite a bit of noodles (homemade) and pasta, pizza, sandwiches,
etc. So I would think it would be the opposite. I now eat lots of fruit,
vegtables and balanced meals without cream soups and stuff. I was on paxil,
then zolaft until 2 weeks ago, could that be why? Or maybe just simply from
my body having to adjust? I welcome any positive comments/suggestions!
Thanks - Lila
