Simple answer - yes. But not usually delayed so much.

Trouble is, they sometimes get regular viruses, food-
bourn illnesses, etc., too. It can be very hard to
figure out the origin of their illness.

Also, keep in mind that highly atopic children can have
triggers other than dairy - there may be another food
that has triggered the vomiting.

If only they had LCD readoouts telling us what's
happening.
