I put in a new sound card in the computer. It does not seem to work. I took
it back to the store and exchanged it for another. Still same problem. Under
system properties for the sound card, I get an exclamtion mark. Also I deleted
all the old sound card drivers and renistalled with the new driver.

Any suggestions how to fix the problem and get sound.
