I have this board and processor. I used edo RAM prior to my present PC100
RAM and all was well. A BIOS update was necessary to accomodate the chip,
but I've had this board a while.  Newer boards don't need the update. (Be
sure to set the jumper appropriately for the RAM.)
I know of no reason why the sound and video cards won't work.
