Once upon a time, SAMS Publishing was able to provide a schematic for every
electronic device known to man.  I do not know if they are still able to
live up to that, but it wouldn't hurt to give them a call.  Unfortunately, I
do not have a number for them as the last book of theirs I used was from my
college days ten years ago.  An internet search should turn up results.
