I've been meaning to ask the group about sprouting of seeds. Sprouts
(alfalfa, broccoli, radish, lentil, etc.) used to be a big part of my diet
when I was trying out raw and vegan diets, and I do miss them. They would
certainly liven up my salads in a welcome way.
Does sprouting eliminate or reduce the problems of seeds mentioned in recent
posts? Are there any that are particularly good (or bad) in terms of
nutrients/antinutrients?
