Welcome to the club! Ray writes about this in his book. Long/short, with
no foriegn proteins in the digestive system to deal with, the immune
system's full army is ready and able to tackle air (and spit) borne germs
that cause DEE-seases. It's that simple.
I, myself, have only had two go-rounds over the last three years. I once
had a runny nose for a few days (felt fine, just had to visit with Mr.
Kleenex once in a while) and did have a low-grade fever when dealing with an
infected tooth. That's it. I used to have at least two colds a year prior
to changing my diet.
Ain't life grand?
