This morning I was gathering beautiful, ripe olives off of one of my
neighbor's trees, and picking them up off of the ground....

As I picked, many people were out walking to get their exercise.

Almost every one told me, "You don't need to do that!" they said. "There
is a SPRAY you can put on the tree so you get no olives, then you don't have
to pick them up."

When anyone sees a "problem" (like these olives on the ground) the first
thing they think of is getting "rid" of it with a chemical.
