Tryptophan pre-cursor recipe:

1) Pit mejddool dates by slitting them lengthwise

2) Make a nut butter using sesame seeds, almonds and an omega three oil
(like flax) or a monosaturate like olive oil

3) Stuff mejdool dates with nut butter
