Sorry, gotta weigh in on this one.  Even a mainstream paleo-is-stupid doctor
will tell you that sugar is poison and the primary cause of adult-onset
diabetes.  The sucrose we get in fruit is nothing compared to what you get
from the sugar bowl or a can of Coke.  Avoid at all costs!  If you have an
insulin problem, go light on even natural sources of sucrose.
