I, too, worry about becoming sensitized to soy.  If it weren't for soy I don't know what I would eat.  I've read about people who can only eat rice!
But that's off subject.  I am extremely sensitive to dairy protein and have never had a problem with Silk.  I also noticed that they say lactose free
but not dairy free.  Still...  If there were any cross contamination I would know with one of my incredible headaches.
