The folowing tip from Chuck Lupico from Poquoson VA. was published in the
October 2000 issue of Smart Computing magazine,

"If you ever have a 3.5 inch diskette get jammed in the diskette drive, you
can use two ordinary index cards to fix the problem. Gently slide one card
into the drive on top of the diskette while sliding the second underneath
the diskette. This will cause the springs to release and the eject button
to pop out, allowing you to push it in to retrieve the diskette."
