Given everything that's been replaced I would question setup, configuring,
and installation. For example, does the BIOS properly detect your hard drive
?
Is the hard drive properly jumpered ? Will your system boot using
a boot disk ?
If you answer yes to the above next consider how the hard drive is setup.
What info does Fdisk list about your drive ?
I would consider trying a power supply if none of the above questions
can be confirmed.
