I'm not about stop my nearly all protein breakfasts because of this study.
Besides, the traditional Japanese breakfast consists of broiled fish and miso
soup -- completely lacking in sugar.  Yet  on the average, Japanese students
score better than their American counterparts on aptitude tests.
