Hello,

I finally received "Know Your Fats" by Mary G. Enig, PhD - after Barnes and
Noble twice canceled my order by mistake. :-(

It contains a lot of technical information and a lot of practical information -
and a lot of Q&A.

I will report back in somewhat more detail when I have read it. :-)
