The July issue of Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients features an article about vegetarianism that includes quotes by Ray. It is a great article debunking the benefits of vegetarianism......

Someone wanted a source for non-grain fed cattle, well the July issue of Smithsonian magazine features an article about a farm in Virginia that produces high quality cattle, pigs, chicken, etc....It's called Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia. The owners are Joel and Teresa Salatin.........

June's Scientific American had an article about Florida Indians and the way their health degenerated when corn was introduced........
