Marla,

I have read alot about celiac, and yes, have considered it seriously.  The
issue is that the "real" diagnosis is quite invasive, and I hate to do that
if not necessary.  Also, without dairy, my daughter is now gaining weight and
growing.  Before the non-dairy diet, she had really "stagnated" and was not
growing OR gaining weight.
