Without sounding self-centered, I mean -- me!

I'm male, 145lbs, 5'8" -- recalibrate as needed.

I guess my point is this: the fastest way to lose fat is to
get more muscular -- which means eating a lot of meat (well,
what people in general think is a lot) while regulating carbs.
You are not going to get more muscular by starving.
