Can someone refer me to a resource, or give me a list of those foods
or
varieties of foods that are closest to wild on the spectrum? I'm
referring
to fruits and veggies.
Question 2 - are broccoli and cauliflower manmade, or highly modified
?
Question 3- are some nuts/seeds better overall with respect to
nutrition and
antinutrients than others?
I'm currently eating some walnuts (shelled).
