I have seen a neighbor harvesting his olives off of his tree. How do
we eat
raw olives, does anyone know, there are tons of them in my
neighborhood,
most people do not use them at all around here.

The conventional wisdom around here seems to be that it takes much
processing and many steps to make them edible.
