It's actually classified under their HD and card cooling section at
http://www.millisec.com, but the descriptor said it could be used as a

The Molex connection has a pass-through so you can use an existing 4-pin
power connection. On the end by the wires there is a steel bracket with a
hole that allows you to screw it or bolt into a desired location. I drilled
a small hole on the recessed offset side of the computer case where
interface cards are exposed to the outside and then put a small bolt and nut
to hold the double fan in place. In that position in my son's midtower case
it is about three inches from the CPU and blows directly across it. It is a
very quiet fan.
