Hi,

Try seraching for the problem at Microsoft's support site:
http://support.microsoft.com/directory/ You will be able to better narrow
the options since you know more of the specifics (i.e. O/S, Applications,
etc... that are on your computer system). They have fairly decent answers to
common issues.
