There's an increasing number of automatic translation tools coming out
on the market, among others those that translate spoken words into the
major languagesa. However, interlingua is not one of those major
languages -- yet!!
Meanwhile you could perhaps do something close to your optimal solution
by using one of those most close relatives of interlingua, that is
italian, spanish, french. One way is to use this facility on the web. I
have no idea of how efficient or exact it is but it does have the
advantage of being FREE!

I tried your letter on it and it came out thus (as you see far from
perfect but one small step towards your goal..) =>
En Español:
Amicos del coche,
Estoy buscando software lógica usando la interlingua como el lenguaje
para el interfaz
utilizador. Quisiera traducir el software lógica que estoy desarrollando
a la interlingua.
Alguien con experiencia similar? Algunas extremidades para encontrar el
vocabular
serán
wellcome. Saludos del optime de Con milla
