Sorry, Leon. If you were on the verge of being sentenced based on evidence
introduced after the verdict, and without an opportunity to rebut, you would
think your due process rights were being violated.
And you would be right.
Just because Microsoft is bad, doesn't mean it loses those due process
rights.
