The SU99XXXX error messages are generated when Windows does
not have a specific error message for the problem or cannot diagnose
the issue.
Typically, the first thing I would check is the CMOS settings of your Bios.
I would disable the Virus checking and disable the L2 cache for the
duration of setup. You can turn the L2 cache back on after you have
completed installing Windows. This is a little slower, but is a work
around.
Personally, I would not use the Bios Virus checking as it is the culprit
for a great many issues with PCs.
