Conor,
I have an Epson Stylus Color 640, and this happens every once in a while to
me. I use the Epson Monitor utility to clean the print heads. There is
also a utility to realign the heads. This is a great printer, but you may
just need to do a little maintenance on it. Don't give up yet. I haven't
checked, but the Epson internet site should have the correct drivers and the
monitoring software. Hope this helps.
