G'Day,
I received 25 replies to my question on GF bread machine making,
Thankyou everone.

here is my summary -

To help keep fresh
use tspn of cider vinegar and/or lemon juice and/or ascorbic acid
and/or gelatin.

Keep airtight.

Keep in refrigerator.

Freeze slices using wax paper to separate, toast or microwave
when needed.

Read Bette Hagmans books available at amazon.com.

Bread mixes are best available www.ogran.com ,
www.glutenfree.com.

Use only single rise cycles.

Make smaller serves ie buns and rolls.

Experiment, add sweet potato or squash or applesauce
spiced vegetable or fruit beechnuts
whipped sweet potatoes olive oil butter corn oil canola (rapeseed)
oil.
