Hi there.  Several people wrote back with questions regarding someone's
answer to my caramel question--she had sent a recipe that used corn syrup,
and said "Unfortunately us, it contains corn syrup"..  I don't know why she
wrote that, unless she herself cannot have corn.  Hope this clears things
up....

Another person sent me this reply regarding the recipe with the
can......  That second recipe is called "Puddim" and it is Braxilian.
Note, the can must not just be cooled before you open it, it must be
cold or you face the possibity of it exploding! DO NOT USE PULL TOP CANS!

So, hopefully there will be no more responses to my post.  thanks.
