Go to "My Computer" Tab in Tweak Ui, and verify that all drive letters boxes are checked out, if any of them is blank you will have the Open and Explore grayed out.

  Hi folks, 
  I have a strange problem to which I cannot locate an answer.  Suddenly, the Open and Explore commands are missing from the shortcut menu (right click) on the Win 98 Start button.  Actually, they are still there but are greyed out.  Can anyone tell me how to get them back to active status?  I will be most grateful.
