Here's some real numbers showing processor bottlenecks;

System;

Abit BX6 R-2
192 Meg Micron 8ns PC 100
Abit TNT 16 Meg
13.4 Maxtor-33

Unreal Flyby Test Demo 1 All the bells and whistles enabled (1024X768 16
Bit)

Celeron 300A@450    32 fps (avg)
Celeron 366@550       40 fps (avg)
P III 550E @550           53 fps (avg)

I found the 13 fps leap with no increase in processor speed (Cel@550 vs.
P III@550) astonishing.  Processors CAN be a big bottleneck.
