It is probably a program they have loaded on one of the computers, or if
you have Active Desktop loaded with a web page that pulls content off the
internet.  Some programs that can cause this include the RealPlayer
StartCenter, RealJukebox StartCenter, Critical Update Notification
(installed from windowsupdate.microsoft.com), or some other program that
updates itself and is loaded.
