Computer speed (CPU, hard drive speed, RAM) and sound card quality
are very critical to better performance on computer video telephony. But
bandwidth is a magnitude greater in importance. Analog modem video
telephony calls are usually poor in quality...ISDN and higher speeds
achieve much better results.
