I have tried different boot disks, with no success. The drive light does
not stay on; the system checks the A:, the B: (5 1/4"), then the hard drive,
at which point it hangs. Ribbon cables have not been reversed, but I have
reseated all connectors.
Shouldn't F5 or F8 allow me to step through my config.sys and autoexec.bat
files? I am running Win 3.11.
