If for some reason you don't have the MB manual, the easiest way is to open
the case, make note of how many sticks you have already installed, pull one,
take it to a local shop, and have them tell you.  Most have a tester that
they can simply insert the stick, and it will tell you exactly what it is, up
to and including whether it's FP or EDO etc.
