Any one ever build their own notebook?  Someone was asking me if it was
possible to do.

As most notebooks are proprietary, and differ so much, I was doubtful I
could find any standard parts to build one from scratch.  I looked a bit
on the web, and did not see much.

Any one confirm my thoughts of "No".
