We are trying to build a server

1- mobo intel LG440GX+
2- two PIII 500 CPU
3- HDD DNES- 309170 IBM
4- 2 DIMMS 2 X72ECC100 (doble sided) total 256 MB RAM
We are having problems of unstability, random hangings, even in the POST,
slow copying in NT or W98.
We have changed the mobo and the HDD, dimms, etc and all for nothing,
Any advice or comment?
