Hi again,
My modem is an internal USR v.90 fax modem, non Win-modem and it works for
me. As I stated before, I need to move the sliders both modems in the
Control Panel and under Modem Properties in my ISP's dial up account under
My Computer, Dial Up Networking. Other than that I don't know why yours
doesn't work

Hi Brad.....Interesting thing.. I know about that and it only seems to work
with external modems....Mine is internal.....(I always have that thing slid
to the left!!!).. Thank you so much for the response though! If anyone knows
why the above is the case, I sure would love to hear!
