The above link is a good URL however sometimes it will give you a "404"
error message, Page not found... To get around that <g>, go to M$ web site,
click on Support|Search KB.  Enter your OS as 98SE, scroll down in the text
box and type, setup.txt, then go.  You can then click on the article for the
info.

Add the following link because it is more specific,
