i can't say anything about the old messages, but i do have 2 bits of unsolicited <g> advice:
1. you may be able to get some good info & perspective from the legal/legislative affairs person at the food allergy network
2. the justice dept has a toll free number that i'd called a year or 2 ago for general advice/clarification of the law that may be helpful, too.
3. i'm sure your attorney's told you this, but there should be an ADA compliance officer w/ the state dept of education; sounds like talking w/ that person might be a reasonable next step for you, too....
