Don't know if I mentioned it, but I'm getting the Ergo electric knife (by Black
and Decker). It has a 2nd (utility) blade which cuts carrots and potatoes. I
need an electric knife that will cut carrots for my juicer :)
The Ergo knife, when I did a search for it, after seeing it in a flyer, falls
under "Assistive Devices". The regular B&D knife, which hubby got and I returned
only had the one double-blade thingy. Didn't cut carrots at all.
Challah's easy once you've made it once :) Go for it!
Cheers!
