You can't predict these things. KD was much as you discribe your daughter as
an infant. She played while I gardened as a toddler and stacked firewood and
we went fishing all summer. She was a wonderful child. Then one day that
beautiful little girl went off on the bus to school...about seventh
grade...and a monster took possession of her and stayed. She's 22
now...married...a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago, studyng to be an
art teacher...and almost human...but I don't believe my little girl will ever
be in control again.
Now her sister started out as a difficult child. She's still a difficult
child. She's off to U.W. Oshkosh next fall where she plans to study dificult
children...consistancy. Where did that come from?
My son...where did he come from?
How come they all seem to exaggerate my worst qualities and none of their
mothers good qualities?
And don't get me started on those catz!
