Hi,

I'm trying to install win 98 on a pentium 166, 32Ram, 2 Gb, Intel
motherboard. I have created a regular boot disk and when I type INSTALL
from the cd player, I get this message: ( I will try to translate it in
english; the message I have is in french) here goes...

THE MAXIMUN SIZE OF EXECUTABLE PROGRAM REQUIRED TO INSTALL WINDOWS PROPERLY
IS 442386 BYTES.

I tried MemMaker, but that didn't seem to help. Is there something wrong in
CONFIG.SYS or AUTOEXEC.BAT. I just want to install Windows 98.
Thank you for your help!
