Well that would depend on what modem you are using. The two main
"bases" (ignoring winmodems for the moment) are ones based on the Rockwell
chipset and ones based on the TI chipset developed by USR (3COM). In either
case, go to the respective company's website. Now winmodems... they don't
really have that much of a standard in this regard above the AT command
standards. Try PCCHIPs, them make ALOT of Winmodem "chipsets". If you us a
USR use the $ command to get a manual on the commands from the modem itself.
AT$ will get you the basic commands, AT&$ will get explanations of the &
commands and ATS$ the S registers. Hope this helped, TTYL
