I use Norton 2000 Utilities, which is comprised of several other
programs. You can download a demo from www.download.com
You'll have to do a search from their website to simplify it's
location, but it's there. Caution this is a large download
about 45MB. It took me almost 3 hours to download.
I'm sure you can find smaller programs dedicated to
hardware tests only.
