As always Steve, you writing takes me into a place of wonderment.

But once having made an old man fall down, (he lost his balance when he
thought I was going to hit him, I came within one inch, on the slope of the
curb ramp did not actually hit him).  I now avoid the frail elderly in my
scooter and power chair.

I don't know if people actually hate us, I think they just don't care.
